As a surf instructor who values a healthy lifestyle, indulging in innovative dishes with surprising flavors was a welcome treat. I found myself savoring dishes typical of Portuguese and Madeiran cuisine, perfectly balancing the pleasure of good food with a focus on wellness.Additionally, dining at the two Michelin-starred Il Gallo d'Oro restaurant was a highlight of my stay. The exquisite Mediterranean and Iberian-inspired aromatic cuisine showcased the emblematic flavors of Portuguese cuisine, transporting my taste buds to a realm of culinary sophistication.Furthermore, the Portofino bar's 'Happy Hour' served as a perfect setting to unwind after a day of surfing, where I treated myself to a Champagne Cocktail while relaxing to the soothing ambiance.In conclusion, Portobay's culinary offerings left a lasting impression, and I look forward to returning to indulge in the diverse gastronomic experiences it has to offer.
